As The World Turns...
Ok...I've been away. Here's what's happened in my absence....
- Mom had a stroke. Been with her since. Haven't done much else but worry.
- I've accepted the fact that one of my brothers is gay. It's taken me awhile to get used to. I didn't want to believe it. It breaks my heart, but it's true. I don't talk to him about it, and he doesn't mention it around me. I'm sure he doesn't mention it because it makes me very uncomfortable. I love my brother and I pray that God would help me to be supportive to me and sensitive to his feelings.
- I found a wallet in a 7-11 parking lot today. It was filled with $500 and platinum credit cards. I searched the wallet for a license or something, but I didn't find it. I did, however learn the person's name. I placed it (the wallet) in an envelope & took it inside the store. I gave it to the manager and she said she would make sure that the owner gets it. I pray that the owner gets it back. People keep asking me, "Why did you return the money?" That's an easy one. I returned the money because had the wallet belonged to me, I'd want my money returned to me. Plus, I'm a woman of moral principles. I'd never steal someone's money.

your mom? wow. i'm so sorry. makes my problems insignificant (again). how is she holding up? how are you holding up? goes in my prayer files.
i'm sorry we haven't talked. my phone's better now. i'm not necessarily, but you can at least try to call now.
hey, i think i'm a loooot happier now. was doing some Bible study. i tell you about it later.

Hi sis. I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. I have all the faith in the world that she'll recover just fine though. My prayers and thoughts are definitely with your fam.
