Someone explain to me how one can mistake a human face for a Quail? I'm just curious...

Shouldn't some kind of charges be leveled against him. Yea...he's Vice Prez, but so what. He almost killed somebody.
Let my non-aiming behind shoot one of my friends. My @$$ would be in jail.

actually, i think the attacked would have to file charges. and filing charges against your hunting buddy, the acting president of the USA, would not be easy to do.
