Idleness...
It's 2:26 am and I'm completely restless.
This is the perfect time to resurrect my blog. I doubt if anyone still checks this site out. It's lied dormant forever. I'd decided that I'd stop making promises to write and just put this chapter of my life to rest. I didn't feel that I needed to do it anymore.
Writing has always been therapeutic to me. Perhaps I should try again? We'll see how this works out.
On the the eve of my 28th Birthday, I'm reflecting on many things in my life. This has been a quite a good year for me. I've accomplished every goal that I've set out to do...well almost every goal.
Let's see....
- Go back to school. check
- Lose those unwanted pounds that I've gained. check...still working on that.
- Find another apartment. check
- Find stability and peace of mind. check
- Repair a few broken relationships. This issue has been a major part of my maturity process. I haven't rebuilt all the bridges that I've burned, but I'm trying...one phone call at a time. It's not easy and they all don't end with roses, but my "I'm sorry" is a good start.
I'm anxious to see what the rest of this year brings. I'm sleepy now...
